De första 24 timmarna: Det viktigaste dygnet

For more than three years, Auradent has been building something far beyond a traditional clinic model.

Today, we are introducing AURADENT Aligner Center™ — our proprietary, in-house developed clinical and operational platform designed to support the complete orthodontic patient journey, from the first interaction to long-term retention after treatment.

This is not a public software product.

It is the technology and operating system behind the Auradent experience.

And it was built with one clear objective:

to support better clinical decisions, create a faster and more seamless patient journey, and maintain consistently high standards of care as Auradent grows.

Built around the patient journey

Orthodontic treatment is not only about the clinical procedure itself.

A patient may move through:

marketing → booking → qualification → consultation → clinical assessment → financing → treatment planning → payment → treatment start → monitoring → support → retention

When those stages are handled in separate systems, the result can be delays, missed follow-ups, unnecessary administration and a fragmented experience.

AURADENT Aligner Center™ connects these stages into one ecosystem.

For patients, this means a journey that is more structured, more transparent and easier to understand.

Before a consultation, Auradent can collect relevant information about the patient's goals, treatment history, concerns and financial preferences.

When the patient meets the doctor, the consultation can therefore focus much more quickly on the patient's individual needs.

After the treatment decision, digital offers, payment, treatment planning, quality control and follow-up can continue through the same connected environment.

The result is designed to be simple:

less friction, less waiting and greater confidence throughout treatment.

More intelligence behind every clinical decision

One of the most important components of Aligner Center™ is Orto Mentor AI, Auradent's internal clinical decision-support environment.

Over the last three years, Auradent has accumulated clinical cases, scans, specialist decisions and treatment experience that have contributed to the development of this system.

When a doctor assesses a case, particularly a more complex one, that decision does not need to rely on one clinician working in isolation.

The doctor can be supported by:

**Orto Mentor AI

  • Senior clinical advisors
  • Centralized Auradent clinical expertise**

The objective is not to replace the doctor.

It is to give the doctor stronger support, more information and greater confidence when making treatment decisions.

For patients, this can mean a more informed treatment plan and access to broader clinical expertise during the decision-making process.

Designed for complex cases

Auradent has built its clinical model around quality, consistency and the ability to manage demanding orthodontic cases.

The combination of digital assessment, AI-supported decision-making, senior clinical review and centralized quality processes allows Auradent doctors to work within a broader support structure.

This is particularly valuable in complex cases, where treatment planning can require more experience and more detailed clinical judgment.

The goal is always the same:

the right treatment decision, made with the strongest possible clinical support.

From treatment acceptance to treatment start

Once a patient decides to proceed, the next steps can often become unnecessarily slow in a traditional workflow.

AURADENT Aligner Center™ is designed to reduce this friction.

Treatment acceptance, examination, payment, clinical planning, centralized quality review, ordering and scheduling can all be connected through the Auradent Patient Journey™.

Instead of relying on fragmented manual follow-up, the system tracks the status of each patient and the next action required.

This helps reduce internal delays and gives Auradent greater control over the treatment process.

For the patient, this means a smoother journey from:

“I want to start”

to

“My treatment is underway.”

The Auradent Patient Journey™

Every patient entering treatment follows a structured clinical and operational pathway.

The purpose is to make sure no important step is lost between consultation and completion.

The platform can track stages such as:

consultation
assessment
treatment decision
payment
clinical planning
quality review
ordering
delivery
monitoring
support
completion

By centralizing the patient journey, Auradent can maintain visibility across the entire treatment process.

This helps the clinical and support teams know where every patient is, what has already been completed and what needs to happen next.

For patients, this means a more controlled, predictable and premium experience.

Care continues outside the clinic

Orthodontic care does not only happen during appointments.

Questions, uncertainty and treatment-related concerns can occur between visits.

That is why Auradent has also developed a connected patient-support environment.

Through digital communication, alert systems and structured ticketing, patients can remain connected to Auradent throughout treatment.

Common questions can be handled efficiently by the support team, while clinical matters can be escalated to the appropriate doctor.

This creates a more continuous relationship between patient and provider.

For the patient, the benefit is simple:

you are not left alone between appointments.

Protecting the result after treatment

Auradent believes the patient journey should not end when active orthodontic treatment finishes.

That is why the Auradent ecosystem also includes Smile Maintenance.

Smile Maintenance is designed to help patients protect their treatment result for up to five years through ongoing monitoring, follow-up and retainer support according to the membership plan.

Within approximately two months of launch, more than 150 patients have already joined the program.

This creates a new type of post-treatment relationship.

Instead of finishing treatment and leaving the patient to manage retention alone, Auradent can remain involved in helping protect the result over time.

For patients, this means long-term support.

For Auradent, it creates a stronger and more continuous patient relationship.

Less administration for doctors, more focus on patients

A major objective of Aligner Center™ is also to reduce unnecessary operational burden on clinicians.

Doctors and dental nurses should spend their time on clinical work, not on avoidable administration.

By centralizing patient qualification, communication, treatment workflows, payments, support and follow-up, Auradent can move more non-clinical work away from the treatment room.

This allows doctors to focus more on:

diagnosis
consultation
treatment planning
clinical quality
patient outcomes

That is important not only for efficiency, but also for the patient experience.

Built in-house. Built from real operations.

AURADENT Aligner Center™ was not developed as an external software project disconnected from clinical reality.

It has been built internally, alongside Auradent's own growth.

That means the platform has been shaped by real patients, real doctors, real treatment workflows and real operational challenges.

Each part of the system has been developed around problems Auradent encountered while growing:

How do we improve patient qualification?

How do we reduce delays?

How do we give doctors more clinical support?

How do we keep patients informed?

How do we protect doctor time?

How do we improve long-term retention?

How do we scale without losing quality?

Aligner Center™ is Auradent's answer to those questions.

More than software

AURADENT Aligner Center™ is not simply a CRM.

It is not simply an AI tool.

And it is not simply an administrative platform.

It is the operating environment connecting Auradent's:

clinical expertise
technology
patient experience
treatment operations
support
payments
retention

This is what allows Auradent to think beyond individual clinics.

The platform creates the infrastructure to deliver a more standardized experience across multiple locations while maintaining centralized visibility over quality and operations.

What this means for patients

For patients, the value of Aligner Center™ is not the technology itself.

The value is what the technology enables:

more informed consultations
stronger support in complex cases
faster treatment decisions
less unnecessary waiting
better communication
more structured treatment journeys
long-term support after treatment

Technology should make healthcare feel simpler.

That is the role Aligner Center™ is designed to play.

What this means for doctors

For doctors, the platform creates a wider support system around every patient.

Clinical data, AI-supported insights, senior advisors, centralized workflows and patient communication are brought into one environment.

The objective is to make high-quality orthodontic care easier to deliver consistently, especially as treatment volume grows.

What this means for Auradent's future

Auradent has spent the last three and a half years building both the clinical business and the infrastructure behind it.

Now, the company is entering its next phase.

The focus is no longer only on building individual clinics.

The focus is on scaling a proven operating model while preserving the same clinical quality, patient experience and operational control.

AURADENT Aligner Center™ is a central part of that strategy.

It represents the system behind the brand.

The clinical layer behind the patient experience.

And the infrastructure designed to support Auradent's future growth.

A new standard of orthodontic care

Healthcare and technology are often treated as two separate worlds.

Auradent believes the strongest model is created when they work together.

Clinical expertise remains at the center.

Technology helps make that expertise more connected, more consistent and more scalable.

That is the idea behind AURADENT Aligner Center™.

For patients: a more connected and supported orthodontic journey.

For doctors: stronger clinical support and less unnecessary administration.

For Auradent: a proprietary operating system designed to scale quality, not just clinic count.

AURADENT Aligner Center™

The technology behind the Auradent patient journey.

FAQs
