We are transparent and accountable

Yes, Invisalign is one of the best options when it comes to invisible braces. It is a proven system that has helped millions of people achieve straight teeth without visible metal brackets. With its clear aligners, Invisalign offers a discreet and comfortable solution for orthodontic treatment. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking an effective and invisible method to improve their smile.
The experience of orthodontic treatment varies from person to person and depends partly on how much your teeth need to move and partly on your personal pain tolerance. However, studies have shown that treatments using clear aligners, such as Invisalign, generally cause less discomfort than traditional metal braces. If discomfort occurs, it is usually most noticeable immediately after switching to a new aligner. This can be relieved with acetaminophen (Note: not Ibuprofen). It is also normal for your teeth to feel a little loose during treatment, this is completely expected and part of the process.
It is not recommended, but the choice is ultimately yours. In most cases, teeth tend to shift back to their original positions if not stabilized after orthodontic treatment. Previously, it was recommended to wear a retainer for at least two years after treatment, but research has shown that teeth can still move after that. The current recommendation is to keep the retainer (a fixed wire) permanently unless it causes problems. After Invisalign, you can also choose to use clear retainers, first worn full-time, then gradually only at night. Consult your dentist for advice based on your specific case.
Just like with all orthodontic appliances, there is a period of adjustment. During the first few days, you may notice a slight lisp, but this usually goes away quickly if you wear your aligners as recommended.
A retainer is custom-made to fit your bite, and whether it can be reused depends on whether it has been distorted and how long it has not been worn. If several weeks have passed, your teeth may have shifted slightly, meaning the retainer may no longer fit properly. In that case, you may need new impressions taken by your dentist so that a technician can create a new retainer based on your current tooth position. While this may feel like an inconvenient expense, it is far preferable to needing orthodontic treatment again.
It depends on which stage of the process you choose to cancel. If you decide not to proceed after the free consultation, you pay nothing at all. If you choose to continue and have already paid half of the treatment cost and completed a dental examination with panoramic X-ray, a cancellation costs 1,200 AED (Invisalign treatment fee) plus 400 AED for the examination. If you cancel after the aligners have been ordered, you will be charged the full treatment price. There is no return policy once production has started, even if you choose not to begin the treatment.
No, Invisalign aligners should always be removed when eating or drinking anything other than water. Any liquid, such as coffee or juice, can get trapped between the aligner and your teeth, which can lead to discoloration, bad breath, or even tooth decay. Therefore, it is important to only drink water while wearing your aligners.
The outcome and timeline of your treatment depend entirely on how consistently you wear your aligners. That is why you need to wear them 20–22 hours per day. You should only take them out when eating, drinking anything other than water, or brushing your teeth. If you forget to wear your aligners for several days, your teeth may begin to shift back, and your current aligner may no longer fit. If that happens, it is very important that you contact your dentist immediately so that you can get back on track with your treatment as soon as possible.
When you brush your teeth, you should also clean your aligners to keep them fresh and hygienic. It is enough to gently brush them under lukewarm water with a soft toothbrush. Do not use toothpaste directly on the aligners, as it may damage the material.
