AuraDent Premium Membership
(Invisalign® + Veneers)
Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose of the Membership

The AuraDent Premium Membership is designed to:

• Maintain Invisalign treatment results over the long term
• Protect veneers against wear and damage
• Ensure continuous follow-up of tooth position, bite, and stability
• Support patients who combine orthodontic and aesthetic treatments

The membership is developed for patients who wish for comprehensive long-term protection for both orthodontic results and aesthetic restorations. All benefits are based on regular clinical follow-up and adherence to recommended routines.

2. What Is Included

A. Invisalign Maintenance

2 clinical check-ups per year (including digital scanning and evaluation)

• 1 set of Vivera retainers every six months (total of 2 sets per year)
• Monitoring of tooth movement and long-term stability

B. Veneer Protection

Monitoring of the condition of your veneers

• Bite analysis and load assessment
• 1 custom-made night guard per year

C. Premium Benefits

1 professional at-home teeth whitening kit per year

• 30% discount on general dental care
• Priority booking (appointments within 24 hours when possible)
• Access to exclusive AuraDent products

D. Additional Clinical Support

Repair or replacement of fixed retainer in the event of damage or loss

• Access to discounted emergency aligners (Essix retainer AED 717)

3. Mandatory Follow-up

For the membership and all benefits to remain valid, the patient must:

• Complete their scheduled check-up every six months

A grace period of 45 days applies.
If a check-up is not completed within:

• 6 months + 45 days
  the following will occur:
• The membership will be automatically terminated
• All benefits will cease
• All guarantees will become void

4. Retainer, Night Guard, and Protection Policy

Invisalign (Retainers)

Vivera retainers are issued following completed check-ups

• Lost retainers are not replaced free of charge
• Temporary replacement aligners may be offered at a discounted member price

Veneers (Night Guard)

The night guard must be used as instructed to protect the veneers

• A lost or damaged night guard may need to be replaced at an additional cost

Fixed Retainer

If a fixed retainer is damaged or becomes loose:

• AuraDent will repair or replace it at no additional cost
• The patient must contact AuraDent immediately

In the event of delayed contact:

• Tooth movement may occur
• Loading on veneers may increase
• Clinical assessment and possible treatment may be required

5. 5-Year Stability and Protection Guarantee

The guarantee covers both:

• Invisalign results
• Veneers

The guarantee applies only if:

• The treatment was completed at AuraDent
• The membership is active
• All follow-up visits are completed
• Retainers and night guard are used as instructed

The guarantee includes:

• Clinical evaluation of relapse or damage
• Corrective measures based on clinical assessment

The guarantee does not apply if:

• Follow-up requirements are not met
• The fixed retainer has been actively opted out of/removed by the patient upon or after completion of treatment
• Retainers or night guard are not used as instructed
• Damage occurs due to:
• • Trauma or accidents
  • External dental treatment
  • Incorrect use
  • Poor maintenance

6. Membership for External Patients

Patients who have undergone treatment outside AuraDent:

• Must undergo a clinical assessment before the membership can be activated
• May be charged an introduction fee of AED 717
• Are not covered by the 5-year guarantee

7. ATB (General Dental Allowance)

For patients eligible for dental allowance via the Swedish Social Insurance Agency (Försäkringskassan):

• Available ATB is used as part of preventive dental care

If the patient has no available ATB:

• No additional cost applies

By signing up for the membership, the patient consents to available ATB being used where applicable.

8. Payment Terms

Option 1 – Monthly Payment

Fixed monthly fee

• The membership remains active as long as payments are made

Option 2 – Annual Payment

• 12 months paid in advance
• A 15% discount is applied to the total amount

Payment Commitment

The membership is designed as a 12-month care period.
If the patient has used any of the following services:

• Check-up visit
• Vivera retainers
• Night guard
• Teeth whitening kit
• Any other included service
  the full annual cost becomes binding.

9. Cancellation of Membership

The membership may be cancelled at any time.

Cancellation before services have been used

If the patient has not:

• Completed any check-up
• Received retainers or night guard
• Received a teeth whitening kit
• Used any included service
  the membership may be terminated without further payment obligation.

Cancellation after services have been used

If the patient has already received or used:

• Check-up visit
• Vivera retainers
• Night guard
• Teeth whitening kit
• Any other included service
  the patient is obligated to pay for the full 12-month membership period.

ATB upon cancellation

If ATB has already been used:

• It cannot be refunded or reinstated

10. Validity of Membership

The membership remains valid only as long as:

• Follow-up visits are completed as scheduled
• Clinical recommendations are followed
• Payments are made according to the agreement

AuraDent reserves the right to terminate the membership if:

• The patient does not complete follow-ups as scheduled
• Clinical requirements or recommendations are not followed
• Payment terms are not met

11. Transparency

The AuraDent Premium Membership is built on:

• Clinical responsibility
• Long-term treatment stability
• Preventive protection for both orthodontic results and veneers

We make no guarantees without regular follow-up, correct use of retainers and night guard, and the patient's active participation in their care. ✨
